Proposed Voluntary Annexation of 105.2074 Acres (Heights at San Gabriel)

The City of Georgetown is considering a voluntary annexation of property into the city limits.  A Public Hearing will be held at the June 22, 2021 meeting at 6:00pm. City Council meetings are located at the City Council Chambers, 510 W. 9th Street. Due to operational constraints resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting may be held via the video conference. The area being considered for voluntary annexation is approximately a 105.2074-acre tract of land situated in the Isaac Donagan Survey, Abstract No. 178 Generally described to The City of Georgetown, Texas, generally located at 3101 and 3701 W. SH 29, to be known as Heights at San Gabriel.

Proposed Voluntary Annexation of 20 Acres (Westinghouse Road ROW)

The City of Georgetown is considering a voluntary annexation of property into the city limits.  A Public Hearing will be held at the June 22, 2019 meeting at 3:00pm and at 6:00pm. City Council meetings are located at the City Council Chambers, 510 W. 9th Street. The area being considered for voluntary annexation is approximately a 20.00 acres of City-owned Right-of-Way situated in part in the J Patterson Survey, Abstract No. 502 and the Barney C. Low Survey Abstract No. 385, a right-of-way of varying width described to the City of Georgetown, Texas, generally located on Westinghouse Road to be known as the Westinghouse Road (2021-3-ANX).

Proposed Voluntary Annexation of 39.69 Acres of the Southwest Bypass

The City of Georgetown is considering a voluntary annexation of property into the city limits.  Two public hearings will be held at the June 22, 2021 meeting at 3:00pm and at 6:00pm. City Council meetings are located at the City Council Chambers, 510 W. 9th Street. Due to operational constraints resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting may be held via the video conference. The area being considered for voluntary annexation is approximately 39.969 acres of City-owned Right-of-Way situated in part in the Joseph Thompson Survey, Abstract No. 608, a right-of-way of varying width described to the City of Georgetown, Texas, generally located between Leander Road (FM2243) and the south fork of the South San Gabriel River to be known as the Southwest Bypass (2021-2-ANX).

Proposed Voluntary Annexations of 22.27 Acres (Johnson Place PUD) and 55.65 Acres (The Bagwell Tract)

The City of Georgetown is considering the voluntary annexation of two properties into the city limits.  A Public Hearing will be held for each request at the April 13, 2021 City Council meeting at 6:00pm. City Council meetings are located at the City Council Chambers, 510 W. 9th Street. Due to operational constraints resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting may be held via video conference and call in number.   1. An approximately a 22.27-acre tract out of the Barney C. Low Survey, Abstract No. 385, and a 1.99-acre portion of Westinghouse Road, a right-of-way of varying width general described to the City of Georgetown, Texas, generally located at 1100 & 1200 Westinghouse Road, to be known as the Johnson Place PUD (2020-12-ANX).

After holding the required public hearings, the City Council will consider an ordinance for the annexation.

As a member of the general public you are invited to be present at such meeting if you desire to discuss the proposed change or advisability of any other change.

Proposed Voluntary Annexation of 6.478 Acres (Lots 13 and 15 Serenada Country Estates Unit One)

The City of Georgetown is considering a voluntary annexation of property into the city limits.  A Public Hearing will be held at the November 24, 2020 meeting at 6:00pm. City Council meetings are located at the City Council Chambers, 510 W. 9th Street, but in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic the meeting may be held via teleconference. Please see the agenda posted at agendas.georgetown.org for information on how to access the teleconference meeting. The agenda is posted the Wednesday before the scheduled meeting.

The area being considered for voluntary annexation is 6.478 acre tract of land located in the David Wright Survey, Abstract 13, being all of Lots 13 and 15, Serenada Country Estates Unit One Subdivision, generally located at 109 and 111 Serenada.
