Proposed Annexation of 17.64 Acres (County Road 245)

The City of Georgetown is considering the annexation of the following property into the city limits. A Public Hearing will be held for the request at the August 22, 2023 City Council meeting at 6:00 pm. City Council meetings are located at the City Council Chambers, 510 W. 9th Street.

The area being considered for voluntary annexation is approximately 17.64 acres of County-owned Right-of-Way situated in part in the L.P. Dyches Survey, Abstract No. 171 and the F. Foy Survey, Abstract No. 229, known as County Road 245, generally located between Williams Drive and Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

After holding the required public hearings, the City Council will consider an ordinance for the annexation.
