Open Records : Public Information Center
To submit a request for Public Information we recommend using the online Public Information Center. This Public Information Center will allow you to track the status of your request, correspond with City staff and download responsive records once they have been made available. If you are unable to use the public information center, you can complete the Public Information Request Form and submit your request in person, via e-mail, by mail or fax.
PLEASE NOTE: Pursuant to sections 552.234 and 552.301(c) of the Texas Government Code, the City of Georgetown has designated a specific address, physical and electronic, to receive requests for public information. *Your request will not be considered received unless it is sent to the proper address
