Project updates: ClearGov CIP map
In spring 2024, the City published the ClearGov CIP site for capital improvement project information such as locations, costs, timelines, and status updates. Project information is updated regularly by City staff. Click on the link below to go to the ClearGov CIP site.

Tips for using the ClearGov project site
Top menu: The top menu on the ClearGov site allows you to select among several features. Be sure to select “Projects” to see the map and information on capital improvement projects.
Project phase menu: An additional menu under the “Latest Project” header allows you to select “All Projects,” “Proposed Projects,” “Active Projects,” or “Completed Projects.” Select one of these options to see only projects in one of those categories.
Project type drop-down: Click on the drop-down on the right side of the window where you see “All Folders” to see options for the types of projects to view. These include Parks, Streets, Wastewater, Stormwater, Facilities, GTEC, Water, and Street Maintenance.
Map view: Use the map view to zoom in on a project, noted on the map with a red marker. Click on the numbered red marker to go to a page with information on that project.
Project page: A page for each project shows information such as a project description, photos, design documents, location map, budget, expenditures, funding sources, project timeline, and project manager information. A link at the top of each project page will return you to the “All Projects” map page.
Project updates: On each project page is a link to “Subscribe to Project Updates.” Click on the link and a pop-up box will appear in which you can enter your email address. Click on the “Subscribe” button at the bottom of the box to start receiving emailed updates on the project.
