AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS APPROVING THE “SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED CONSENT AGREEMENT,” BETWEEN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, PARMER RANCH PARTNERS, L.P., PR SOUTH, INC., OWEN HOLDINGS, INC., AND NORTHWEST WILLIAMSON COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 (aka “PARMER RANCH”) CONSENTING TO ADDING ADDITIONAL LAND TO THE DISTRICT, MODIFYING THE LAND PLAN, REVISING THE LAND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, AND ADDING PR SOUTH, INC.
