Public Hearing Notice for TIRZ formation at 111 Halmar Cove

The City of Georgetown City Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23rd, 2024, in the Council Chambers City Hall at, 510 W. Ninth St. Georgetown, Texas to consider a reinvestment zone for tax abatement purposes under Chapter 312 Texas Tax Code.
At the hearing, interested persons are entitled to speak and present evidence for or against the designation of approximately 7.72 acres at 111 Halmar Cove, Georgetown, TX 78628 as Reinvestment Zone No. 2024-02.
