AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE SPECIFIC USES OF A ‘FUEL SALES’ WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMERCIAL (C-1) ZONING DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1910 NE INNER LOOP, GEORGETOWN, TX 78626, BEARING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF 7.68 ACRES KNOWN AS LOT 2, KATY SCHOOL (AMENDED) SUBDIVISION; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; INCLUDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, AMENDING PART OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE 11.284 ACRES IN THE BARNEY C. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE SPECIFIC USES OF AUTOMOBILE REPAIR AND SERVICES, GENERAL WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL (IN) ZONING DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 103 HALMAR COVE, GEORGETOWN, TX 78628, BEARING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF LOT 1B OF AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK (TRACT 1 RESUB) SUBDIVISION; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; INCLUDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, granting a Special Use Permit for the specific use of ‘Automobile Repair and Service, General’ within the Industrial (IN) zoning district, for the property located at 2221 and 2223 Old Airport Road, bearing the legal descriptions of Lot 2, Albert Johnson Addition, and 0.48 acres out of the Antonio Flores Survey, Abstract No. 235, respectively; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

UNIVERSITY AVENUE, FROM THE OFFICE (OF) ZONING DISTRICT TO MIXED USE DOWNTOWN (MU-DT) ZONING DISTRICT; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; INCLUDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
