First Readings

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending Chapter 13.04, Article I of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Georgetown related to electric rates, net metering service; and to distributed energy resources; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; providing a severability clause; providing for publication; and setting an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to Rezone 12 acres in the Woodruff Stubblefield Survey, Abstract No. 556 generally located southeast of the intersection of Lawhon Lane and SH 130 from Agriculture (AG) zoning district to General Commercial (C-3) zoning district; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 8.319 acres in the Nicholas Porter Survey, generally located at 212 and 215 Royal Drive, Georgetown, TX from Industrial (IN) to General Commercial (C-3); repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

Second Readings

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits and the annexation and initial zoning designation of General Commercial (C-3) of certain territory consisting of 4.655 acres, more or less, know as Lot 1, Block B of the Davis Subdivision and portions of right-of-way on Whisper Creek Drive, as described herein; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending Chapter 3.01 of the Code of Ordinances by adding Section 3.01.222 to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Georgetown relating to overtime for eligible exempt employees; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.
