First Readings

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 64.82 acres in the W. Stubblefield Survey No. 2, Abstract No. 556, generally located .25 miles northeast of the intersection of State Highway 130 and Patriot Way, from Agriculture (AG) to Public Facilities (PF); repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending the Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Budget for year-end obligations that were no known at the time the Budget was adopted, appropriating the various amounts thereof; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of Georgetown, Texas approving the Thirteenth Amendment to the Development Agreement between the City and Del E. Webb Development Co., L.P., concerning the development of Sun City, Texas; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and providing an effective date.

Second Readings

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, closing a portion of 6th Street between South Austin Avenue and South Main Street; providing for the abandonment by quitclaim of that portion of 6th Street; providing for the terms and conditions of such abandonment; calling for a public hearing; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone Lot 2, Block 1, of the Park Central One Section 1 Subdivision, generally located at 701 Westinghouse Road, from the Industrial (IN) Zoning District to the General Commercial (c-3) Zoning District; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas amending Section 8.07.040 of the Unified Development Code (UDC) relating to the maximum allowable height for fences constructed within a front yard or side street setback within the Old Town Historic Overlay District; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending Section 1.12.030 of the Code of Ordinances relating to the adoption of the Future Mobility Plan, including updates to the functional Transportation Plan, in accordance with Article I, Section 1.08 of the Georgetown City Charter and functional elements thereof; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending Section 1.12.060 of the Code of Ordinances relating to the adoption of the Future Land Use Map, including updates to the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Article 1, Section 1.08 of the Georgetown City Charter and functional elements thereof; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.
