First Readings

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 42.172 acres  out of the David Wright Survey Abstract No. 13, generally located at generally located 3001 IH-35, from the Agriculture (AG) zoning district to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district with base zoning of General Commercial (C-3), and Business Park (BP); repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, granting a Special Use Permit for a Restricted Personal Service for the specific use of a tattoo service in the Local Commercial (C-1) zoning district, for the property located at 603 W. University Avenue, bearing the legal description of 3.07 acres, being parts of Lots 7-20, Block 1, Fleager Addition, repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and initial zoning designation of Agriculture of certain territory consisting of 25.64 acres, more or less, in the William Addison Survey Abstract No. 21 and portions of right-of-way on Rockride Road, as described herein; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas amending Section 13.04.180, titled “Rates and Charges – Solid Waste Disposal – Schedule”, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Georgetown; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

Second Readings

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, adding Section 4.16.080 to the Code of Ordinances to make available historic tax exemptions for historic homes; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation of approximately 17.182 acres of right-of-way situated in part in the Lewis P. Dyches Survey, Abstract No. 171, and in part in the Frederick Foy Survey, Abstract No. 229, generally located between Road to Market (RM) 2338 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard, to be known as County Road 245, as described herein; providing for service plans; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.
