First Readings

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, granting a Special Use Permit for the specific uses of a 105’ Monopole Tower within the General Commercial (C-3) zoning district, for the property located at 620 S IH 35, bearing the legal description of 23.556 acres in the Rivery Phase 1, Block B, Lot 4; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, granting a Special Use Permit for the specific uses of “Indoor Self-Storage” within the General Commercial (C-3) zoning district, for the property located at 2815 North Austin Avenue, bearing the legal description of 1.948 acres in the Antonio Flores Survey, Abstract No. 235; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and initial zoning designations of Townhome (TH) and Business Park (BP) of certain territory consisting of 35.298 acres, more or less, in the F. Hudson Survey Abstract No. 295; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.
