An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, designating Reinvestment Zone No. 2022-01; providing eligibility of the zone for commercial industrial tax abatement; containing findings that the area qualifies to be designated as a reinvestment zone and the improvements sought are feasible and practicable and of benefit to the land and the City; providing a repealing clause; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending the Summit at Westinghouse Planned Unit Development (PUD), for approximately 72 acres in the BC Low Survey 51, to amend zone A, to remove Townhome (TH) and allow Low Density Multi-family (MF-1) located at 500 Westinghouse for a project to be known as Summit at Westinghouse; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and initial zoning designation of Residential Single-Family (RS) of certain territory consisting of 10.00 acres, more or less, in the William Addison Survey Abstract No. 21 as described herein; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 10.526 acres in the William Roberts Survey, abstract No. 524, generally located 1581 State Highway 195, from the Agriculture (AG) zoning district to the Low-Density Multi-Family (MF-1) and General Commercial (C-3) zoning districts; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 0.614 acres in the D. Wright Survey, generally located at 4325 Williams Drive, from the Agriculture (AG) zoning district to the Office (OF) zoning district; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 1.337 acres in the A. Flores Survey Abstract No. 235, generally located at 550 Stadium Drive, from the Local Commercial (C-1) zoning district to the General Commercial (C-3) zoning district; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending the 2030 Comprehensive Plan Overall Transportation Plan to realign the proposed extension of Sanaloma Drive, a Collector Road, across the property generally located between Airport Road and IH-35 north of Aviation Drive and south of Berry Creek Drive; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and initial zoning designation of Residential Single-Family (RS) of certain territory consisting of 34.19 acres, more or less, in the William Addison Survey Abstract no. 21 and portions of right-of-way on Rockride Lane, as described herein; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.
