An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone Lot 2B of Chapriel Place, generally located at 4829 Williams Drive, from the Office (OF) zoning district to the Local Commercial (C-1) zoning district; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City  Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, approving the redistricting of the City’s single-member Council Districts and establishing new district boundary lines based on 2020 Census Data for Georgetown City Council Elections; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; providing a severability clause; and providing for an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, designating a certain area within the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, as Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Six (“North Georgetown TIRZ”); establishing the boundaries of such Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone; creating a Board of Directors for said Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone, and other matters related thereto; containing findings; providing a repealing clause; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and initial zoning designation of Residential Single-Family (RS) of certain territory consisting of 12 acres, more or less, in the William Addison Survey Abstract no. 21 and portions of right-of-way on Rockride Lane, as described herein; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 2.621-acre tract of land, situated in the David Wright Survey, Abstract No 13, generally located at 951 Lakeway Drive, from the Industrial (IN) zoning district to the General Commercial (C-3) zoning district; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation of approximately 3.038 acres of City owned right-of-way situated in part in the Joseph Mott Survey, Abstract No. 427, in part in the Calvin Bell Survey, Abstract No. 112, and in part in the William Addison Survey, Abstract No. 21, to be known as Higgs Road, as described herein; providing for service plans; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas regarding the installation of a four way stop at the intersection of College Street and East 2nd Street and the entry of the location in the Traffic Register; providing for a penalty; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, Amending Section 10.12.090 of the Code of Ordinances entitled “City Streets” regarding the rate of speed on Westinghouse Road within the city limits; providing for a penalty pursuant to Section 10.12.120 of the Code of Ordinances; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending Chapter 13.04.018 Section G related to the calculation of the renewable energy-received credit applied to Net Energy Metering customers with a distributed energy resource facility; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; providing a severability clause; providing for publication; and setting an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending the 2021 Annual Budget for year-end obligations that were not known at the time the budget was adopted, appropriating the various amounts thereof, and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith.

An Ordinance of the City of Georgetown, TX, amending the Fiscal Year 2022 Annual Budget due to conditions that resulted in new program requirements in the current year, and due to the timing of Capital Projects  and other expenditures approved in the prior year; appropriating the various amounts thereof; and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas renaming and amending Chapter 2.08 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Georgetown, relating to the administrative organization of the city; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; providing a severability clause; and setting an effective date.
