Proposed Limited Purpose Annexation of Northwest Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 2 (NWWCMUD No.2)

The City of Georgetown is considering a limited purpose annexation of property within the boundaries of Northwest Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 2 (NWWCMUD No.2).  A public hearings will be held at the City Council Meeting on August 24, 2021 at 6:00pm and at City Council Meeting on September 14, 2021 at 6:00pm  The meetings will be located at the City Council Chambers, 510 W. 9th Street.

The area being considered for limited purpose annexation is an approximate 454-acre tract of land situated in the Chas H. Delaney Survey Abstract No. 181 and the Lewis P Dyches Survey, Abstract No. 171, generally known as the Parmer Ranch Subdivision Northwest Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 2 (NWWCMUD No.2) located at the intersection of   Ronald Reagan Blvd. and RM 2338 and shown within the below location map.
