AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE SPECIFIC USE OF A BAR, TAVERN OR PUB WITHIN THE MIXED USE DOWNTOWN (MU-DT) ZONING DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 705 S. MAIN STREET, BEARING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF .06 ACRES OUT OF NORTH PART OF LOT 3, BLOCK 30, CITY OF GEORGETOWN SUBDIVISION; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; INCLUDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 0.36 acres out of Block 26 (Lots 3-4), City of Georgetown, located at 510 S. Church Street, from the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district to the Office (OF) zoning district; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, AMENDING PART OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE 24.744 ACRES IN THE WILLIAM ROBERTS SURVEY ABSTRACT NO. 524, GENERALLY LOCATED AT 2101 SHELL ROAD, FROM RESIDENTIAL ESTATE (RE) TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH A BASE ZONING DISTRICT OF TOWNHOME (TH), HIGH-DENSITY MULTI-FAMILY (MF2) AND LOCAL COMMERCIAL (C-1); REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; INCLUDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, DESIGNATING REINVESTMENT ZONE NO. 2024-01; PROVIDING ELIGIBILITY OF THE ZONE FOR COMMERCIALINDUSTRIAL TAX ABATEMENT; CONTAINING FINDINGS THAT THE AREA QUALIFIES TO BE DESIGNATED AS A REINVESTMENT ZONE AND THE IMPROVEMENTS SOUGHT ARE FEASIBLE AND PRACTICABLE AND OF BENEFIT TO THE LAND AND THE CITY; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
