To submit a request for Public Information we recommend using the online Public Information Center. This Public Information Center will allow you to track the status of your request, correspond with City staff regarding your request and download responsive records once they have been made available.
If you are unable to use the Public Information Center, you can complete the Public Information Request Form and submit your request using any of the designated methods listed below:
