ERCOT calls for voluntary energy conservation 2 to 9PM Wednesday, July 13

The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) is asking Texans to voluntarily conserve energy between 2 and 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, and issued a watch for a projected reserve capacity shortage with no market solution during that time.
