Summer Camp Registration Starts Monday, March 30 for Georgetown Residents
Registration for 2015 Summer Camps offered by Georgetown Parks & Recreation will be available to Georgetown residents
on Monday, March 30 at 8:00 a.m. Nonresidents will be able to register starting on Tuesday, March 31 at 8:00 am.
On-line registration is available with a user name and password which made be obtained by calling (512) 930-3595 or (512) 930-3596. Get your User ID and password
early!! It takes approximately 48 hours for your User ID and password to be e-mailed to you if you request it on-line. Please note that nonrefundable convenience fees do apply when registering on-line.
There are non-refundable convenience fees for registering on-line for totals up to $69.00. Below are the fees for on-line registration:
$0.00 to $69.00 – No Fees
$70.00 to $149.99 – 6.5% minus $4.50
$150.00 to $500.00 – 3.5%
$501.00 and greater – 2.5% plus $5.00 fee

Registration will be available at all three locations during business hours only.
A $30 nonrefundable deposit is due at time of registration for each week of camp. The remaining balance for camp must be paid in full by the Monday two weeks prior to the start of camp (14 days in advance of attendance). If the balance is not paid in full by the Monday two weeks prior to camp, your child’s spot will be forfeited to the next child on the waitlist. You will lose your reservation and your $30.00 deposit. A completed 2015 Summer Camp Registration Form is required to complete your registration.
