Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA)

The purpose and goals of the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall be:

• To hear and grant requests for Variances from the zoning standards of the Unified Development Code (UDC).
• To make decisions regarding requests for Special Exceptions from the UDC standards.
• To consider applicant Appeals of Administrative Decisions.
