The Parks and Recreation Department offers many camps for the youth of Georgetown. These camps are offered all summer, during Spring Break, and during the Winter Break.
REVISED: Registration will begin at 8:00 am on Monday, March 30, 2015 (Residents) and 8:00 am on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 (Nonresidents) and will continue until each course is full. Waitlists are available for full camps.
Due to the high volume of summer camp registrations, we will not be accepting camp registrations by phone on Monday, March 30 or Tuesday, March 31. Please register for camps online or in person at the front desk of the Recreation Center, the Tennis Center, or the Parks Administration Office. Thank you for your understanding!
On-line registration is also available, in accordance with the dates above. Each on-line registrant will pay the course registration fee plus a Service Charge. If the registration fee is less than $69, there is no service charge. When registering online, you will have the option to pay the $30 nonrefundable deposit or the entire balance of the camp registration. If you want to only pay the $30 nonrefundable deposit, please check the Schedule? button located in the Cost field for each camp registration.
At this time we are not accepting phone registrations for most camps because the parent / guardian must complete a 2015 Summer Camp Registration Form for each child and turn in at the time of registration. This form will be available for pick-up or download by late February 2015. Please see specific information about each camp for possible exceptions.

Parks & Recreation Administration Building – 1101 N. College Street
Georgetown Tennis Center – 400 Serenada Drive
A $30 nonrefundable deposit is due at time of registration. The remaining balance for camp must be paid in full by the Monday two weeks prior to the start of camp (14 days in advance of attendance). If the balance is not paid in full by the Monday two weeks prior to camp, your child’s spot will be forfeited to the next child on the waitlist. You will lose your reservation and your $30.00 deposit.
Refunds, minus the $30 nonrefundable deposit, will only be given if notice is received 14 or more days prior to the start of camp. No refund will be given with less than 14 days notice. Complete refunds (including deposits) will only be given for departmental cancellations. Because of staffing requirements, fees will not be prorated for partial attendance. Tuition is based on a full week.
No payment is required to place a child on a waitlist. Payment must be made when a place becomes available and the child is actually registered.
