AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, AMENDING PART OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE LOT 1, BLOCK “G” OF THE SAN GABRIEL HEIGHTS SUBDIVIION, SECTION FIVE, GENERALLY LOCATED AT 101 TALLWOOD DRIVE, GEORGETOWN, TX 78628, FROM TWO-FAMILY (TF) TO LOCAL COMMERCIAL (C-1); REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; INCLUDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE SPECIFIC USES OF A ‘FUEL SALES’ WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMERCIAL (C-1) ZONING DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1910 NE INNER LOOP, GEORGETOWN, TX 78626, BEARING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF 7.68 ACRES KNOWN AS LOT 2, KATY SCHOOL (AMENDED) SUBDIVISION; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; INCLUDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, AMENDING PART OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE 10.418 ACRES IN THE JOHN BERRY SURVEY NUMBER 3, ABSTRACT 51, GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF STATE HIGHWAY 130 AND COUNTY ROAD 152, FROM AGRICULTURE TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH A BASE ZONING DISTRICT OF INDUSTRIAL; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; INCLUDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
