Proposed Ordinances for July 11, 2023 Council Meeting

Second Readings

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and initial zoning designation of Public Facilities (PF) of certain territory consisting of 90 acres, more or less, in the J. Fish Survey Abstract 232 and I. Donagan Survey Abstract 178, as described herein; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 9.088 acres out of the David Wright Survey, Abstract No. 13, generally located at 2020 Airport Road, from the Residential Single-family (RS) zoning district to the Industrial (IN) and General Commercial (C-3) zoning districts; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.
