Need to pay your City of Georgetown utility bill or update your account information? It’s free! There’s no fee to pay or set up an online account. Plus, save yourself a stamp and a trip to the mailbox. It’s fast. No wondering when the bill will get there. Payments are posted at 10 a.m. the next business day. It’s convenient. Pay a bill online any time. Or check your account balance. It’s easy. To get started, all you need is your account number and your driver license number. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards accepted.

Pay Your Traffic Ticket

You may pay your traffic ticket through the mail, in person or online.  Please note: paying online will result in a conviction.  Do not pay online if you are requesting defensive driving. Only Class C misdemeanors can be paid through this online process, and only for offenders 17 years of age or older at the time of the offense. Additionally, no alcohol or tobacco offenses, will be payable online.

Your input will be entered into the City's citizen request tracking software, and you will be issued a tracking number to use to reference the status of your request and someone will either call you back or email you with an answer.

Register for Parks & Recreation Classes and Events

Take a look at all we offer, sign up for that class you have been meaning to take, and connect with people who share your interests!  To register for programs online, you will need a User ID and Password.  Please note that there are Non-refundable Convenience Fees for registering online.
