Mr. Russell has over 15 years of human resource experience including 6 years in management positions. His experience ranges from HR consulting, employee relations, training and development, compensation management to staffing and recruitment. His formal education is varied and has focused on areas like business and education to sciences having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In addition, he earned his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2001. Degrees held: Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas
