Submit a Street Light Outage

The intention of this form is to help us collect information about streetlights that have gone out or are not functioning properly. We appreciate the time you are taking to tell us about this outage.

Your input will be entered into the City's citizen request tracking software, and you will be issued a tracking number to use to reference the status of your request.

If you would prefer to report the outage in by phone call Utility Dispatch at (512) 930-3555. Utility Dispatch hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Give the dispatcher the utility pole number (if you have it) nearest address; or nearest intersection or landmark where the light is located. If you don't have any of that information, please just give the street name.
