Blasting Permit

Blasting Permits will be obtained to use explosives or blasting agents within the City. Permits issued by the City are valid only at the location specified, and permits are not transferable to other locations or other individuals. Applicants will provide a surety bond and pay a permit fee dependent upon class of blasting permit acquired.
