First Readings

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 56.730 acres in the John Berry Survey 3, Abstract 51, generally located at 2990 N IH 35 from the Agriculture (AG) and Residential Single Family (RS) zoning district to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) with a base zoning of Business Park (BP); repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and initial zoning to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) district with base districts of Industrial and Business Park of certain territory consisting of 92.23 acres, more or less, in the Lewis J. Dyches Survey 2 Abstract No. 180 and the Frances A. Hudson Survey Abstract No. 295 and the annexation of approximately 0.761 acres of City-owned right-of-way of Rabbit Hill Road , in the Frances A. Hudson Survey Abstract No. 295 and the annexation of approximately 3.879 acres of County maintained right-of-way, in the Frances A. Hudson Survey Abstract No. 295; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 57 acres in the J. Mott Survey, Abstract 427, generally located at Westinghouse Road and FM 1460, from the Agriculture (AG) zoning district to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) with a base zoning of Residential Single Family (RS), High Density Multifamily (MF-2) and Local commercial (C-1); repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 2.72 acres in within the David Wright Survey Abstract No. 13 & Rocky Hollow Estates Unit 2 Block B, Lot, located at 3701 Buffalo Springs Trail , from the Two Family (TF) and Residential (RS) zoning districts to the High-Density Multifamily (MF-2) zoning district; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the C ity of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone Lots 1 and 2 Loper-Seebock Subdivision, generally located at 4219 and 4211 Williams Drive, from the Agriculture (AG) zoning district to Office (OF) zoning district, repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions, including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 11.707 acres in the Clement Stubblefield Survey, generally located 1200 W 17th Street, from the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district to Office (OF) zoning district; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, granting a Special Use Permit for the specific uses of a Columbaria in the Industrial (IN) zoning district, for the property located at 106 E 20th Street, bearing the legal description of 2.59 acres in block 12 of the Sparks Addition, repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas (“City”) amending Chapter 2.28.210 of the Georgetown Code of Ordinances relating to assignment pay and creating “assignment pay” for certain assignments within the fire department; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.

Second Readings

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 16.898 acres in the John Berry Survey, Abstract 51, generally located FM 971 and SH 130, from the High-Density Multi-Family (MF-2) zoning district to the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone a 12.695-acre tract and a 2.041 acre tract in the Nicholas Porter Subdivision Abstract No. 497, generally located at 1313 Williams Drive, from the Residential Single Family (RS) zoning district to a Planned Unit Development District (PUD) with a base zoning of General Commercial (C-3) zoning district and High Density Multi-Family (MF-2) zoning district repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance amending Chapter 8.08 of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Georgetown to impose liability upon property owners, residents, and social hosts for violating the city’s fireworks ordinance; providing for a severability clause; providing for a penalty pursuant to Chapter 1.08 of the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions; providing for publication and setting an effective date.
