An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and initial zoning designations of Residential Single Family (RS), Townhome (TH), Low Density Multifamily (MF-1), Local Commercial (C-1) and Gateway/Highway Overlay of certain territory consisting of 104.323 acres, more or less, in the Burrell Survey Abstract No. 216 and portions of right-of-way on State Highway 195 Road, and portions of right-of-way on County Road 143, and portions of right-of-way on Country Road 234 as described herein; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and initial zoning designation of Residential Single-Family (RS) and Scenic/Natural Overlay of certain territory consisting of 47.83 acres, more or less, in the Lewis P. Dyches Survey Abstract no. 171 and portions of right-of-way on Ranch to Market Road 2338, as described herein; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and initial zoning designation of Residential Estate (RE) of certain territory consisting of 24.744 acres, more or less, in the William Roberts Survey Abstract No. 524 and a portion of right-of-way on Shell Road, as described herein; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending part of the Official Zoning Map to rezone 12.785 acres in the Isaac Donagan Survey, Abstract No. 178, generally located at 3301 W SH 29, from the Agriculture (AG) zoning district to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district with a base zoning of Low Density Multi-Family (MF1); repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas providing for the closure and abandonment by Quitclaim Deed of Spring Hollow, a public street in the River Hills Section One Subdivision; including the terms and conditions of such abandonment; including a conflict and severability clause; and establishing an effective date.
